Andrew married Elizabeth Hamilton on 7 August 1857 in Carnwath, Lanarkshire. Elizabeth was the daughter of William Hamilton and Marion Meikle, whose baptism was recorded in the parish register of Carnwath, lanarkshire, on 27 June 1830.
Andrew and Elizabeth had the following known children:

She has her late husband's nephew, Hugh Law, son of Andrew's sister Susannah Robb and Hugh Law, living with the family employed as a farm servant, possibly sent over to assist with the running of the farm after the recent death of her husband.

For the census of 1891 the widowed Elizabeth had given up the farm and had moved ito the south side of Glasgow along with three of her now adult children, Andrew, Mary and John. they were recorded at Allison Street, Govan, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, with Elizabeth identified as "Housekeeper".

For the census of 1901 Elizabeth was recorded in the household of her son Andrew, at Rocklyn, Hillcrest Avenue, Old Monkland, Lanarkshire. Andrew had married Elizabeth McNaught on 17 July 1894 in Coylton, Ayrshire. Elizabeth McNaught was born 7 May 1862, in Old Cumnock, Ayrshire, the daughter of John McNaught and Margaret Weir. Sadly it would appear that for the 1901 census Elizabeth was recorded as a patient in Gartnaval Asylum. Also included in the household was Andrew's son Andrew D(onald) H. Robb and his sister, Mary Robb.

Elizabeth Robb, nee Hamilton, died on 9 October 1909, aged 79, at 32 Easterhill Street, Tollcross, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, which I believe was the address of the her son Andrew. She was identified on the death certificate as the widow of Andrew Robb, a farmer, and the daughter of William Robb, a farmer, and Marion Robb, maiden surname Meikle, both listed as deceased. The surname of her parents, Robb, is wrong, and should be Hamilton. Considering the informant was John Robb, her son, of Newfield House, Rutherglen, Lanarkshire, this is a surprise but I am confident this was Elizabeth Robb, nee Hamilton.
Margaret Robb baptised 3 November 1831, Carnwath
Margaret Robb married James Wilson. James was born in 1831, the son of William Wilson and Isobella Meikle who were married on 2 December 1828 in Carnwath, Lanarkshire. William Wilson was born in 1791 and died on 17 March 1878. Isobella was born in 1799. William and Isabella had at least a further 3 children; Janet, born on 8 November 1829 - Married John Robb, Margaret Robb's elder brother - see JOHN ROBBfor further details; Richard, born in 1834. He married Marion Wilson on 1 August 1856 in Carnwath, Lanarkshire. Marion was born in 1835. Richard and Marion had 10 children. Richard died in 1916; Mary, born in 1836. She married Alex Barrie on 11 September 1857 in Carnwath, Lanarkshire. Alex was born in 1832. Mary and Alex had 8 children including 2 sets of twins Mary died in 1917. Alex died in 1910.
It is believed that Margaret Robb and James Wilson had only the one child - William, born in 1860. James Wilson died in 1916.
Their son William Wilson married Lilias Todd daughter of Thomas Todd and Helen Elder. Lilias, born in 1861. I believe they had at least five children -
Lilias Wilson nee Todd died in 1946.
James Robb (Bapt. 13th December 1834 Carnwath)
James Robb married Margaret Wilson on 20 May 1859 in Carnwath. Margaret was born on 25 July 1834, the daughter of James Wilson and Margaret Crawford who were married on 9th November 1819 in Gorbals, Glasgow, Lanarkshire. It is not known if this Margaret Wilson was related to the Janet Wilson his brother James had married and the James Wilson his sister Margaret had married but it would seem likely although obviously they were not sisters. James Wilson and Margaret Crawford had at least a further five children; William, born 17 December 1822 in Carstairs; Janet, born 15 October 1824 in Carstairs; Anne, born 12 July 1827 in Carstairs; James, born 14 September 1832 in Carstairs; Margaret, born 25 July 1834 in Carstairs; Isabella, born 30 November 1837 in Carstairs
James and Margaret had the following known children:

Sadly Margaret Wilson died three and a half years after this census on 10 October 1884. She probably buried in Carnwath burial ground and there is certainly a stone comemorating her passing there.
On 10 April 1908 James and Margaret's daughter Isabella Robb, (aged 5 in the above census), married Thomas Law, son of Hugh Law and Susanna Robb (James's sister). At the time of the marriage Isabella was living at Woodend, Carnwath. Sadly Isabella died on 24 June 1908, nine days after the birth of a son, John Robb Law, on 15 June 1908, at Chapel Lane, Falkirk. Her death is comemorated on the family headstone in Carnwath burial ground.
James Robb died on 5 November 1920, in his 87 year. He was also probably buried in Carnwath burial ground and there is certainly a stone comemorating his passing there.
Mary Robb baptised 15 January 1836, Carnwath
Mary married Robert Stewart, son of William Stewart, a coal miner, and Margaret Black, on 12 November 1869 in Upper Haywood, Carnwath. Robert was born about 1846 in West Calder, Midlothian. At the time of his marriage Robert was employed as a "Labourer at a Colliery". His father Willim Stewart was recorded as deceased but his mother Margaret as alive and had remarried being recorded as "Margaret Affleck".
Mary and Robert had the following known children:
